Christian [...] was one of the greatest princes of his age, [...] a jovial knight until his death, kept a harem of beautiful girls, and, clad in glittering armour, rode a splendid horse, swinging the battle axe with which he shattered the helmet and head of many an enemy [...] He spole several languages [...] The asses in his army were more luxuriously cared for than the servants of the Emperor

A nice quotation, too. It's about Christian I, Archbishop of Mainz.

Citation examples, based on related citation template (automatically creates a one-directional link to the first matching Harvard reference on the same page):

 • (full cite format)
 • (short format)
 • (non-linking)
 • (multi-author)
Notes
 • For compatibility with various author-name referencing styles, Surname and Year are mandatory.
 • If there is only one author, the parameters Surname and Given may be replaced with Last and First, respectively.
 • Template is generally compatible with Template:Book reference.[1]
