Anjelika Akbar (Anjelika Rosenbaum Akbar) is a professional musician from Turkey.

Anjelika Akbar was born in 1969 in Karaganda, Qaraghandy Province, Kazakhstan
Anjelika began playing piano at the age of 3 and writing songs as well as performing on the stage at the age of 5. She is the only child of a musician and philosopher father of Jewish heritage and a musician mother of Turkish heritage.
At the Tashkent National Uspensky Music School she studied for 11 years. In 1993 Anjelika became a Turkish citizen and did her Master's degree at the Hacettepe National Conservatory in Ankara. Anjelika was an instructor from 1997-1999 at the State Conservatoire in Ankara University. Since she came to Turkey she had concerts in Central Asia, Baltic states, Russia, India, Germany and Turkey. Anjelika was a member at the UNESCO National Committee for Uzbekistan.
