Antonio Filippini (born March 7, 1973, in Brescia, Italy) is an Italian football defensive midfielder currently playing for Livorno of Serie A.
He played for Brescia Calcio from 1995 until December 2003 when he moved to U.S. Città di Palermo and S.S. Lazio in 2005. He only spent one season at the Roman club before moving to Treviso. He signed 2 year-deal with Livorno on free transfer in 2006.
Most of the time, Filippini plays along with his twin brother, Emanuele.
