Anxiety is the second album by the alternative rock/post-grunge music group Smile Empty Soul. However, the album was not released due to the band splitting with Lava Records prior to its imminent release. The albums release date was September 27, 2005. One single was released in "Don't Need You", which made an impact on American Rock stations. The only "official" way to obtain the album is by purchasing an advanced copy, which appear rarely on eBay. The band also distributed a limited number of burned copies for fans. However, the band has given its consent to fans in regards to downloading the album off the internet.
