The fonts on this screenshot have been rendered using subpixel rendering (ClearType.) Subpixel rendering employs certain physical features of a TFT LCD or Trinitron-based computer monitor to improve the display of text. However, it will appear blurry on non-Trinitron-based CRT monitors and non-TFT LCD monitors. This screenshot should be retaken with subpixel rendering disabled (font smoothing is fine, though.)
