Aquagenous Urticaria

Aquagenous Urticaria, also known as Aquagenic Urticaria or Water Urticaria, is a rare condition, which is literally an allergy to water. Those afflicted with it develope hives within 15 minutes after contact with water, and they can last for up to two hours. There are less than 30 known cases in the world. The most well known case is Heidi Falconer, who was born with the condition.
