This image, Aquabats_group_1995.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (IllaZilla 04:10, 11 February 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it is a promotional photo of a band depicting an important era of their career. Many individuals in the photo are no longer members of the band, so a free image cannot be created to replace it.
