archie got a letter from his sister about the coxes that they were not his real parents and ran away and got drunk for 14 years. he wrote the song took the children away from the day he got taken archie for a while was known as a part of the coxes they called him archie cox.
[edit] Inaccurate geographic references
The first two paragraphs in the Biography contain geographic inaccuracies. Mooroopna and the Goulburn area arn't in south western Victoria. Warramboolin does not exist...could you possibly mean Warrnambool? Framlingham is nearby to Warrnambool.
