Armando Acosta

Armando Acosta is a doom metal drummer, and a former member of Saint Vitus. His heavy, earthy style has been influential in today's current stoner rock.[citation needed] He is special guest for the 2006 seventh annual Stoner Hands of Doom festival in Mesa, Arizona. In 2005 Armando co-founded Dirty Red, a Stoner/Southern Rock band, based out of Los Angeles, California. They are currently touring and planning to record a debut album this year.
