[edit] Overview
Aroma M is a perfumery first established in 1995 by American born painter Maria McElroy.
The perfumery has achieved great success over the years, and has garnered a fair amount of attention from the press.
[edit] History
Maria McElroy transfered her talent with color and texture blending to a new medium when she began experimenting with the art of scent. She first studied aromatherapy, then spent the next seven years in Japan, becoming an expert in essential oils as well as traditional Japanese arts such as Ikebana, Koto, Shiatsu, and the Japanese tea ceremony.
[edit] Products
Each Aroma M roll on perfume comes wrapped in decorative handmade paper called Yuzen. The Three Geisha spray perfumes would appear to have some Yuzen paper on the bottle as well. Designs of paper vary due to the nature of handmade artisan products.
