Arthur is not doing well in school due to the fact he can't see properly. After a visit to the eye doctor, Arthur discovers he needs get glasses and is able to see again. After going to school with his glasses for the first time. His friends tease him about it and nickname him "Four-Eyes". Frustrated about them, he removes them the next day but it accidentally causes him to walk into the girls' bathroom. Arthur learns that glasses can help him see better from the help of the actor who plays his favorite superhero "Bionic Bunny". When he tells his friends about the actor, they start treating Arthur better again.

It's photo day, and it's also the time of year that Francine hates the most. Her best friend, Muffy, uses Francine's second grade photo as a secret weapon into forcing her into a beauty treatment to look good for school pictures. However, as consequences of Francine's makeover, she is not allowed to play kickball. On school picture day, the day of the kickball game against the fourth graders, Francine defies Muffy's advice, and plays kickball, scoring the winning run for her team. Despite looking dirty once again, Francine is pleased.
