This article has a assertion of notability at the beginning which is the only reason I didn't place a speedy tag on it. I'm not sure if it is the language barrier or what, but much of the article is just silly: "His father attacked a cat in his own yard. Ian is said to have been traumatised, watching his father go mad after the cat. Ian's mother was really angry because the cat ruined their beautiful garden." Completely unsourced.
