Prod by Kinu contested. With apologies to Kinu, and because I think he well stated the reasons for which deletion is appropriate, I'm stealing his justification from prod: "Non-notable author: three low-ranked books listed on Amazon, all published by Lulu Press (self-publishing house) or Lotus Books (subject's own press). Few relevant search results for "melanie schurr"+author. Does not appear to meet WP:BIO. Also suspected that article is created by subject." Userfy (if user so desires) and delete.
