- Delete, looks like the creator has the same name as one of the 'president' of the company, so add WP:VANITY. Deprodder didn't put quotes around the google search, so the 1.7 million hits is a little high. 900ish, with quotes, 300ish unique - many real estate ads and hits for another Sierra Realty in California.
