The article on Kenneth L. Kuttler ought to be deleted. It seems to be based on a computation which only points out that the WTC 7 could not have fallen from the top down. However, this was never an issue. The collapse of this building clearly began near the bottom and this being the case, the time to collapse is not that much of an issue. I am Kenneth L. Kuttler. I don't know how this ever was considered sufficiently interesting to warrent an article in Wikepedia.
