Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/Passion Pit
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Now, wait a minute. I see nothing objectionable with the "Passion Pit" entry. Just because some moron tried to edit the post to make it that way, at the moment I don't see anything wrong with the entry. Tell me one sentence that is homophobic. Tell me one sentence that is objectionable. It is a valid encyclopedia entry, and it should not be deleted.
It is not a valid encyclopedia entry. It's self-promotion to win arguments. At the moment, IMDb Administrators are working to eliminate the off-topic discussions on the IMDb forum. Users on that forum have already edited the Wikipedia article to include discriminatory remarks. Various users mentioned in the Wikipedia article have previously created similar Wikipedia articles to promote themselves and slander others, and thankfully, Wikipedia removed those pages.

- An extension of the IMDB boards would be a continued debate as such. As the article stands now, it is not a continuation of any debate, it merely describes the 'Passion Pit,' without voicing any opinion regarding any of the discussions there.
- And please, even if you're an anon user, sign your post. It makes everything a lot easier to read. bjelleklang 19:18, 13 October 2005 (UTC)
