I see no reason why this should be removed, afterall "Hoover", whilst itself a trade name, is now the generic name for vacuum cleaners. Some latitude should be given when a product name actually describes a process or function. IMHO. (preceeding comment by 82.36.89.128)
- If there was any evidence that Telephonemail was used as extensivly as hoover I might agree, or if the article was a description of the process only, but it current reads very definatly like an advert. Astaroth5 17:00, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
