Ashley Mallett (born July 13, 1945 in Sydney) was an Australian cricketer who played in 38 Tests and 9 One-day Internationals between 1968 and 1980.
A finger spinner, he bowled right-arm off break.
He was affectionately known as "Rowdy" due to his quiet temperament.
Is currently employed by the Sri Lankan Cricket Board and travels there 3 times a year as a consultant spin coach.
