Aslyn

Aslyn is an American singer and songwriter originally from outside the musical hotbed of Gainesville, Florida. She has toured with Ryan Cabrera, Ari Hest, The Click Five, Chris Isaak, and Better than Ezra. Her debut album appeared on the Capitol Records label, after she was signed on the spot, produced by Guy Chambers (Kylie Minogue, Delta Goodrem) and Eric Valentine. In 2005, she released her debut album titled Lemon Love. The name Lemon Love is due to the fact that every car she has owned turned out to break down, or in other words, turned out to be a "lemon"; she spent more on repairing them than they were actually worth. The album Lemon Love reached number #36 on the Top Heatseeker charts and its single Be the Girl reached #26. Aslyn is currently recording her sophomore album, she hopes it achieves higher success than her first album. Her sophomore album currently does not have a date planned for it yet.
