Astwood

Astwood is a village in the Borough of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, on the border with Northamptonshire.
The village name is Anglo Saxon and means Eastern Wood.
The parish church of St Peter is considered by some as being one of the prettiest in the country. All of the older buildings in the village have thatched roofs making for a very quaint rural setting.
