Atlanta University Center

The Atlanta University Center is the largest contiguous consortium of African-American higher education in the United States of America. The center is made up of six historically black colleges in southwest Atlanta, Georgia. The member institutions are Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, Morris Brown College, the Interdenominational Theological Center, Morehouse College, and Morehouse School of Medicine. The consortium scheme allow students to cross-register for classes at other institutions other than the one they attend. They also share the Robert W. Woodruff Library.
The AU Center campus is located near downtown Atlanta, southwest of the Georgia Dome.
