fair use rationale text: This image is the only documented evidence of the incident under consideration, and there are no alternative images freely available or otherwise, of the incident. This is not used in a work of commercial nature and was not intended for such purposes by it's creator, The Indian Air Force, and is not used as such by myself, N Watson. The soul intention here is dissipation of information. There is, therefore, no loss of revenue. Though the images are not in public domain the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore I deem this image in fair use and as such covered by the U.S. fair use laws.
