Audrini

Audrini (Latvian: Audriņi; Russian: Аудрини) is a village placed in Rezeknes (Rēzekne) region in the Latgale area of eastern Latvia, 245 km east of Riga. Geographical location . Approximate population: 1300.

During World War II the village of Audrini was burned down as well as all of its population (159 people), and 10 male inhabitants were shot in the market place in Rezekne.
In 2003 a NATO radar station was built nearby Audrini.
