Ayurvedacharya

An Ayurvedacharya is an honorific title given to a recipient of a Bachelor Degree of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) by an accredited University.
The Sanskrit word is composed of two parts, Acharya (lit. master) and Ayurveda. The title denotes a master or expert in the art and science of Ayurveda.
