Numbuh 4 and Numbuh 2 is tricked to travel to Jerry Rassics island. After been attacked by bullies they under stand that Jerry wants them bullid by his Wedgiesarus.

Numbuhs 2 and 4 must throw away a dead fish (unknown to Numbuh 3) for good before the Crazy Old Cat Lady gets it with her cat minions. Meanwhile, Numbuh's 5 and 1 tries to win a fish in a fair to replace the dead fish.
