GA articles need to be written in "compelling prose, and (be) readily comprehensible to non-specialist readers;"

Unfortunately, there are several specialised terms used in this article that are not defined and the prose style is highly technical. A more general introduction saying what lymphomas are and what other diagnostic methods are used might help. Have you also considered a historical section commenting on when these symptoms were separated from other causes of fever? You mention a few other diseases that may cause similar symptoms, how are these differentiated from lymphomas? What is the physiolocical/pathalogical mechanism causing these symptoms?

Examples of undefined terms - prognostic, histologic grade, treatment modality

This article is however very well referenced and obviously the work of an expert in this field and will may the core of an extremely good article on this subject in the future. TimVickers 02:40, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
