Back Bay Restaurant Group, Inc. is a stable, healthy, and growing company that consists of seven different restaurant concepts: Abe & Louie's, Atlantic Fish, Charley's, Bouchee, Coach Grill, Joe's American Bar & Grill, and Papa Razzi. Its principal owner is Charles Sarkis, along with two silent partners. According to Back Bay's website, they have 35 restaurants located throughout Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington D.C. Their concepts range from five-star, table-cart service to casual dining. Each of their restaurants features a full bar and lounge area. In 2006, it's revenue's are estimated to be around $146 million.
