Baja Surfing

Baja California is divided into two area "Baja Norte" and "Baja Sur". Baja Norte or Northern Baja is where San Diegans head to escape the crowded beaches of California. Northern Baja California has some of the best Baja Surfing, particularly on a south or southwest swell. The water temperature is usually a few degrees colder than it is in Southern California. Baja Sur or Southern Baja California is famous for its warm water and virtually uncrowded surfing.
