Bank of America Canada

Bank of America Canada is headquartered in Toronto and a unit of Bank of America of Charlotte, NC. BAC does not have any branches in Toronto, but has corporate offices in the city, with the main Canadian head office located in Simcoe Place.

BAC is not a member of the Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) or a registered member with the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), a federal agency insuring deposits at all of Canada's chartered banks.
