The country's first Dial-an-abuse hotline
Bantay Bata 163 is a social welfare program of ABS-CBN, in the Philippines. Launched in 1996, it aims to protect children from any form of abuse from their guardians or parents. It introduced the Dial 163 24-hour telephone hotline service.
