Banyusumurup

Banyusumurup Locality and Royal Graveyard south east of Imogiri in Southern Central Java or Yogyakarta region.
The village was acknowledged as a 'kris making' location at some stages in the twentieth century.
The Graveyard is part of the Imogiri Royal Graveyard complex, traditionally associated with being the 'outcast' graveyard of those who fell out of favour with rulers - in most cases in the 1600s and 1700s. The walled section had 'cungkup' or grave covers, but in most cases these are lost and only the foundation stones remain.
Folklore in the 1970s attributed the Banyusumurup graveyard as one which people would go for inspiration for lottery numbers, while the lottery system was allowed.
