Barrie Baycats

The Barrie Baycats are a baseball team that play in the Intercounty Baseball League. The Baycats play out of Barrie Metals Stadium at the Barrie Sports Complex in Midhurst, Ontario.
The Baycats are the 2005 Intercounty League Champions and also the 2006 pennant winners, although Barrie was eliminated from the second round of the 2006 Intercounty playoffs by the London Majors.
Their new manager named on March 29, 2007 will be Angus Roy.

There has been some complaints about Barrie Baycat baseball cards. The cards were offered for sale in August 2006 at the cost $10.00 CAD. The cards have yet to be printed resulting in many angry Baycat fans. The head of the Baycats had a meeting about the cards but no further information has been released.
