[edit] Synopsis
Sarah goes to buy AA batteries for her remote so that she can turn off a telethon featuring children with cancer. She realizes she didn't bring any money with her, and asks her sister for a loan. At brunch, Sarah gets into a farting match with Brian and Steve. When it's Sarah's turn to fart, she accidentally poops. She is embarrassed and begins to sing a song about the incident and about how she wants all of the world's problems to be solved. After finishing the song, God appears to her and tells her that her song touched him and allows her to travel back in time to before the incident. Sarah tries to outfart Brian and Steve again, and she succeeds. Everyone is impressed, Sarah is satisfied, and Brian and Steve have to pay for her brunch. Laura gives Sarah $3, which isn't enough to buy the batteries, and Sarah is forced to call on God to help her escape the police when she steals the batteries from the convenience store. She ends up having a one-night stand with God, but won't give him her cell phone number in the morning.

[edit] Trivia
- This episode was originally intended to be the pilot, but "it switched to become the ... finale" [1]. The original title of the episode was "The Pilot."
- This is the only episode in which actor Masi Oka, of Heroes fame, appears. Originally, Sarah wanted him to appear in every episode as a different character. However, this episode was shot before he joined the cast of Heroes and his schedule on Heroes made him unavailable to return to the show.
- Sarahs' one night stand with Black God is shown in the previous episode Muffin Man, when Sarah realizes that she has had many failed attempts at a real relationship. This suggests that this even actually took place before Muffin Man, even though the episode is shown after.
- In this episode, Black God mentions that Sarah's full name is Sarah Jane Anastasia Silverman.
