Orson Welles narrated pieces for Dark Avenger (on Battle Hymns, 1982) and Defender (on Fighting The World, 1987). Fighting the World was released two years after Welles' death.
Thrash metal band Overkill covered the song "Death Tone" on their 1999 album Coverkill.
