Be Unlimited is a growing UK Internet service provider. Be Unlimited is the trading name of Be Un Limited. Although its services were initially only available in parts of London, Manchester and Birmingham, Be Unlimited is undergoing rapid expansion across the UK, and is now available in 29 major towns and cities. Be offers ADSL2+ services via Local Loop Unbundling, with speeds of up to 24 Mbit/s downstream and 2.5 Mbit/s upsteam under ideal conditions.
On 20th June 2006, Spanish owned mobile phone company O2 purchased Be* for £50million.
According to the SamKnows site, as of 28/3/2007 Be* has 635 enabled exchanges and is waiting to enable 198 exchanges.
