Thanks for writing something on uwm! I'd always wondered what it actually was (I wrote most of the present text of twm), but I couldn't find any info on the web. Do you have any references or sources to add to uwm? Printed ones are fine - David Gerard 01:32, 18 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Sorry I took so long to reply...my usual computer has been inaccessible to me since May, and I keep forgetting to log in...
- Anyway, my main sources for the article have just been the X.Org archives ([1]) and old Usenet postings via Google Groups. There's a source code distribution available from [2]; trying to compile it was a bit of an ordeal, and it crashes whenever it reads a config file...but I got it to run on my Debian Sarge system, and I took a screenshot that I'll probably be posting when I get my computer back next month. - Beinsane 21:11, 15 August 2005 (UTC)

- Heh, fantastic! Put your patches up on the Web and you'll be linkable as the maintainer ;-p Links to the Google Groups posts would be perfectly good as refs IMO. I've added a bit more stuff to it.
