Bembridge School

Bembridge School was a private school located between the village of Bembridge and Whitecliff Bay, on the Isle of Wight. It closed in the late twentieth century after it and the other main non-state school on the Island were taken over by Ryde School, which then added the suffix 'with Upper Chine'[1] to its name. The buildings now act partially as a boarding-house for the main Ryde School site, and as a base for an activities centre now on the grounds.
