Berenice Valles Preciado (photographer)
Berenice was born in San Martin de Bolaños Jalisco the 6th of September 1983 the second daughter of a six children family (tree girls and tree boys) She lived in Autlan and Guadalajara in her childhood years, and she was raised in San Martin She wrote several articles about history and legends for the town’s web site. She felt very attracted to photography since young age, after finishing high school she went to Guadalajara to attend the Art school at University of Guadalajara But she left right at the start cause she found the school not very likeable. she found herself a job as an assistant for a photographer who only made art reproductions, but at least Berenice learn the basics of camera room, color processing and printing, her apprentiship lasted for two years. Later on at end of 2005, she went back to San Martin and opened her own studio “Photo Studio Valles”. She is the leading photographer in the northern Jalisco region. always willing to learn new techniques and trends in her art. In January 2006 she attended an advanced Photoshop seminar with Eddie Tapp in Guadalajara and, later she studied Photoshop and digital photography with Manuel Ramirez, since then Berenice and Manuel became very close to each other.
