Bertucci's

Bertucci's is a Northborough, Massachusetts-based company which runs a chain of sit-down pizza and Italian restaurants under the names Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizzeria and Bertucci's Brick Oven Ristorante. They also offer delivery and take-out. Their pizzas are cooked in a brick oven.
Bertucci's was founded by Joe Crugnale in Davis Square, Somerville, MA, in 1981. Bertucci's restaurants are mainly found in the Northeastern United States, though they have 2 locations as far south as North Carolina. They are still a private company headquartered in Northborough, Massachusetts. At its most expansive, Bertucci's had locations as far south as Florida and as far west as Chicago

While they originally started by offering only pizzas, Bertucci's menu has grown to include pasta specialty dishes, panini and foccacia sandwiches, as well as seafood.
Bertucci's is one of only a handful of restaurants in the United States to offer true Neapolitan Pizza and have been officially certified by the Associazione vera pizza napoletana of Naples, Italy.[citation needed]
