From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bias Vineyards is a small, limited-production vineyard located in Berger, Missouri operated by Kirk and Carol Grass. With its onsite microbrewery, it is one of the few combination vineyard-microbreweries in the United States. Located in the heart of Missouri wine country, Bias Winery is an often-visited locale during the Hermann, Missouri Octoberfest.
[edit] Fine Wines
Bias Winery manages its own onsite vineyard where it grows most of the grapes used for production. All production is handled onsite, less than a thousand feet from the vineyard.
[edit] Microbrewery
Home to the Gruhlke Microbrewery, Bias Winery is Missouri's first vineyard-microbrewery and the second in the United States.
