Billy's Growth Spurt / Billy and the Bully is the 11th episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. It first aired October 4, 2002 on Cartoon Network.

Billy is sick because he has eaten too much junk food, and Mandy and Grim try to help him. Grim makes his old granny's medicine, but the medicine expels all toxins from the Billy's body in form of a parasite on Billy's back. Grim and Mandy need to kill the parasite, but Billy likes him and he doesn't let them hurt him. Grim finally gives Billy's parasite it, turning it into mush.

Billy has a problem with Sperg, a bully at school, so he asks Grim for advice. Grim tells Billy what his mother told him when he had problems with bullies: "Stick and stones can break your bones but names will never hurt you". Of course, Grim's advice doesn't work, so Billy asks him to do "his thing with the scythe". Even that doesn't work, as Grim is still afraid of bullies, so Mandy decides that she must deal with Sperg herself. When Mandy encounters Sperg, Sperg is terrified of Mandy. This begins a running joke that Sperg is scared of Mandy.
