Billy Mehmet

Billy Mehmet (born 3rd January 1984) is a professional footballer for St Mirren in Scotland.
A London born forward, Billy began his career with West Ham United where he was captain of the youth team before transferring to Dunfermline Athletic F.C. in 2003.
Two years later he transferred to St Mirren.
Billy qualifies for Ireland thanks to an Irish grandmother. He has played for the Republic of Ireland at under 21 level and made his debut against Poland on 27th April 2004.
