Binegar

Binegar is a small village in Somerset, England. It is located on the A37, between Shepton Mallet and Chilcompton. Its principal focus is on quarrying and agriculture.
The village has one primary school, one very old church, post office, general store, and smattering of houses. It used to have a station on the Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway, which closed in 1966.
Its population in 1991 was 293.
