Bjärred

Bjärred is a coastal village (or town) in Scania, in southernmost Sweden, 20 km north of Malmö, 10 km west of Lund. As of 2005 Bjärred had 8663 inhabitants, making it the second largest town in Lomma Municipality.[1] Bjärred largely serves as a suburb of Malmö and Lund, and is generally considered wealthier than Lomma.
Among the sights in the town is the open-air swimming-baths, situated 500 meters out on a bridge.
