Black Market Hero is a five person Alternative Metal band, comprised of members from the bands 40 Below Summer and Flaw. Max's and Joey's band 40 Below Summer, released a CD/DVD combo called The Last Dance and they're having a small tour for the promotion of the album, along with Black Market Hero & other artists. Joey D'Amico made clear that Black Market Hero is not breaking up and that 40 Below Summer will not reunite. He also said that 40 Below Summer might make another album release in the future, followed with a short tour but that would be it.
