Blackburn Terrace, Indianapolis

Blackburn Terrace (also known as Blackburn Terrace Apartments) is a public housing project located on the Eastside of Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A. It is located off of E. 30th St. and Baltimore Avenue (from which it gets its nickname Baltimore Projects). It is apart of the Weed and Seed program of the C.N.N. (Coalition of NorthEastside Neighborhoods). It is one of the housing projects in the city of Indianapolis that have undergone revitalization in order to curb crime and blight.
