Blood, Sweat and No Tears is the first full-length album by the hardcore punk band Sick of it All. It was released on July 12, 1989. It is also their debut full-length, since their eponymous debut EP was an EP released by the independent punk label Relativity Records. Eight of the songs on the album were previously recorded and released on that EP.
