[edit] Trivia
- We find out how Joy had her children. The reason why Dodge was born was because of a broken condom and Earl Jr. was born because Darnell had a cramp in his leg prohibiting him from making a "timely exit" while they were standing up (the latter would have been at the rock where Joy had later buried the silverware).
- The episode title is the acronym for this series' fictional women's wrestling federation, Black Ladies of Wrestling. It is a reference to a real women's wrestling federation from the past - Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling aka GLOW.
