Blue State is an American romantic comedy about a disgruntled Democrat who actually follows through on a drunken campaign promise to move to Canada if George W. Bush gets re-elected. It stars Anna Paquin, who also served as executive-producer of the film.
It was filmed on location in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and Emerson, Manitoba, Canada
