Bob Tomalski

Bob Tomalski (7 February 1953 - 13 January 2001), was a "gadget guru", broadcaster and journalist.
Bob Tomalski was a technology journalist: he founded Home Cinema Choice magazine and contributed to many other magazines on the subjects of TV, video, satellite TV, cellphones and camcorders.
He also appeared regularly on Sky News' weekly Technofile programme, reviewing gadgets for the viewers alongside presenter Martin Stanford.
On the radio, he was a regular contributor to The Big Byte and You and Yours for BBC Radio. He was both a broadcaster and an amateur radio enthusiast. He was a broadcaster on Thames Valley FM, Radio Mercury, Radio Invicta and was the resident 'Inspector Gadget' on the LBC Weekend Wireless Show, answering calls, reviewing gadgets and talking about the weeks technology news.
He became a licenced amateur radio operator after his interest in pirate radio faded. His call sign was G6CQF.
